This is a challenging workout for all fitness levels. It doesn’t matter if you have a professional athlete showing up or an absolute beginner, this workout a combination of compound exercises with HIIT cardio burst in between. The difficulty is completely up to how hard you can push to go full out and leave nothing behind.
